As much as we like camping in a tent or staying at hotels during our adventures. We decided that a small trailer tow-able by our Outback and loaded with the gear we need might make our adventures more comfortable and easier. This page is a travel blog of our little trailer we christened the "Cactus Flower" as it opens up at night like a saguaro blossom.
Our first adventure with "cactus flower" was to the white sands campground at the Little Sahara Sand Dunes.
Our first RV hookup was at the Green River KOA on our way to Canyonlands....it rained all night and cows mooed all night as well.
We spent a cold night at the needles after a day of hiking in the rain. Loved the moon light and the hot showers.
Night and morning photography working some of the kinks out of our little home.
Some night photography at the dunes, a BBQ and a hike to Paul Bunyans Woodpile.
cold night at the devils garden all the potholes with water in them froze solid. I like my little funace.
Not as cold, it clouded up pretty good in the morning.
